75 hard for Good! Fighting Alzheimer Together

Updated: Jan 26, 2024

Good evening friends!

I wanted to let you know that I started my 75 hard challenge almost a week ago and I’ve finally had the time to tell you about it!

But what even is the 75 hard challenge? It is a viral challenge that is built to test your discipline and endurance for 75 days, it consists of the following:

  • No Alcohol

  • 1:30 H of exercise a day

  • Read 10 pages of a book

  • Drink 3.5 liters of water

  • Take a progress picture every day

  • Stick to a healthy diet.

But why would I ever do that? Well easy, I believe in the power of pushing yourself and becoming your best version and I am doing this for a good cause: Raising money for Alzheimer's.

Alzheimer's is a disease I hate more than anything. I have seen it affect my grandma for the past few years and not being able to do anything about it has always broken my heart. I’ve seen my perfectly fit grandma lose her cognitive availability little by little without us being able to do anything to help her out. Although it is quite sad I see this as an opportunity to raise awareness for dementia related problems, a problem a lot more common that what you would think.

How can you help? Either by donating in this link (Eliminate the tip option to justgiving), by sharing this or by starting your own challenge.

My 75 days will finish Easter Sunday and you’ll be able to see if I was able to make a difference. That said, I'll try to keep you as updated as much as possible throughout the challenge.

Special thanks to Onnit for backing me up during this challenge and helping me make a difference. ❤️

Thank you,

Fer.
